We have an exciting opportunity for a positive and energetic HR Manager to join our team in a full-time permanent capacity. Reporting to the Group Executive - Human Resources, you will oversee all Human Resources functions and are responsible for contributing to and implementing Human Resources strategies to the businesses within your remit, while collaborating closely with Human Resources teams across the group. Key responsibilities include;
- Manage, refine and implement HR practices, systems, and initiatives to maintain and improve our Employee Value Proposition and organisational culture.
- Advise the Group Executive - Human Resources on people issues, opportunities, risks and assist with the strategic planning processes.
- Provide advice, information and updates to management regarding changes to the legislative landscape and the impact to the business.
- Provide advice and support to managers in regard to efficient management of their people in order to achieve business goals.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process ensuring a positive experience for all key stakeholders and providing support to the HR Coordinator where required.
- Drive the learning and development design and strategy including conducting learning needs analysis, facilitating in-house training, and developing and driving internal programs.

The successful applicant will have a strong customer service background, will be driven, flexible and passionate. You will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Formal tertiary HR qualifications - a relevant degree and appropriate professional development.
- Thorough working knowledge in the areas of employment law, industrial and employee relations.
- Previous experience in developing and delivering leadership development programs.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with management teams.
- A strategic outlook and commitment to the achievement of organisational goals through the effective management of Human Resources.
