**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Assess submissions, policy wordings, loss runs and financial reports to determine premiums
- Proactively advising, assisting, servicing and following up with clients on insurance and risk matters
- Cultivate relationships with brokers and clients, actively seeking new partnerships
- Making informed underwriting decisions aligned with the strategic direction of the portfolio

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Sound technical underwriting experience broadly across financial lines of business
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to creatively influence and negotiate with market stakeholders
- High level attention to detail, analytical skills and awareness of underwriting guidelines
- Confident communication skills and a desire to be market facing and develop your network
