- $140- 160k plus super dep on exp

Our client is currently delivering a significant residential project in Noosa, including a residential village and an aged care facility. Construction is currently underway and is due to be completed at the end of the year.

Your opportunity will be to deliver the project on time and on budget. You will manage the external project management consultant and superintendent as the client representative.

This is an opportunity for an experienced project manager to be the client (for one of Queensland's major organisations), through mastery and autonomy you have the chance to create real value for the community. Key to your success will be your ability to build relationships with senior internal stakeholders, build trust through dependable outcomes, and engender confidence in your ability to deliver.

This role requires a project manager who can demonstrate a history of project success - with projects delivered on time, on budget and to the client’s expectations. After this role is completed, there are a raft of upcoming projects for you to move onto.
