Position: Network Controller (Electrical/High Voltage)
Location: Holsworthy or Richmond, NSW
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

**About the Role**:
As a **Network Controller **with specialized knowledge in Electrical and High Voltage systems, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing network operations at our main facilities in **Holsworthy or Richmond plus travel to locations across Sydney **. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with safety standards, optimizing system efficiency, and contributing to the overall reliability of our network infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary authority for Electrical and High Voltage systems within the designated region.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of High Voltage networks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of electrical infrastructure to identify and address potential hazards or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement maintenance plans, procedures, and protocols.
- Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving electrical and High Voltage-related issues.
- Participate in training and development activities to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:

- **Australian Citizenship is mandatory for security clearance.**:

- Qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a focus on High Voltage systems.
- Demonstrated experience working with High Voltage infrastructure, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work at either Holsworthy or Richmond NSW, being a main office, and site visits to multiple other sites as required.
