**Job Description**:

- Creation of Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) by site & Target Market.
- Distribution & communication of stock transfer (ST) schedules to site managers & warehouse team leaders.
- Communication of ST priorities to warehouse/logistics management.
- Confirm the status of STOs & take appropriate actions when required.
- Liaise with supply chain management team to confirm raw material & packaging availability to meet distribution requirements.
- Prioritise STO requirement when available production capacities are exceeded & in turn highlighting to the business.
- Identify, correct &/or communicate to key stake holders if key item master data / planning parameters are incorrect or absent in SAP.
- To monitor, analyse & communicate stock out and low stock priorities to the wider Supply Chain and Operations teams.
- To report & maintain statistical data pertaining to planning and distribution activities.
- To identify issues impacting on workflow, engage with key stake holders to review, problem solve & implement actions to enhance distribution planning activities to ensure customer DIFOT expectations are met.
- To provide a weekly STO work order report to site managers & warehouse team leaders.
- Seek Logistics Manager’s approval for all urgent STO requirements.
- Any other tasks and responsibilities that may arise due to business demands that falls within the scope of this role.

**Qualifications**:

- Planning knowledge preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data for planning purposes.
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in ERP systems
- Preferable but not essential APICS or similar professional certification
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent organizational and relationship building skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with an administrative background
