About the Role
Join our Maintenance and Reliability team at our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Carole Park
This role will be responsible for all aspects of the maintenance stores including the sourcing of parts, consumables, and services, kitting of items for maintenance activities, and maintaining stores inventory levels and accuracy.
Main Duties- Sourcing parts, consumables and services from existing suppliers- Seeking alternative or new suppliers for existing or new parts, consumables and services- Receipt, store, and retrieve parts and consumables- Maintain inventory accuracy via routine stock counts- Maintain material master data i.e. part numbers, part naming, minimum stock quantities, safety stock levels and re-order points.- Store parts and consumables in a manner that prevents damage, contamination, mix-ups or any other condition that may have an adverse effect on the parts and consumables Assemble parts, consumables kits to meet schedules set by Maintenance Planning and Scheduling- Provide parts to Maintenance and Operations teams on an ad hoc as needed basis- Provide and receive continuous improvement feedback including spare obsolesce, lead-times, more durable products, etc.- Load and unload trucks as required- Undertake MRP inventory transactions including order receipts, material labelling and stock movement- Carry out 6S activities in the storehouse to ensure there are no GMP or safety breaches- Perform other duties as required- Promote a safe and healthy workplace by complying with company instructions and processes, taking reasonable care to ensure your own safety and health and that of others, and to report any injury, hazard or illness immediately- Positively contribute to a motivated and engaged workforce through effective communication, participation and teamwork- Maintain the required level of skill and competencies relevant for your job role and development- Ensure cGMP compliance by following company policies and procedures- Complete GMP documentation to cGMP standards- Report any deviations in processing or procedures immediately
- Identify and participate in the implementation of CI opportunities and projects with a focus on quality and compliance- Participate in OE workshops and training- Manage your work efficiently and cost effectively to meet Operations plans and targets
About you- Previous experience in MRP / ERP systems essential, SAP experience highly desirable- Strong level of customer service- Good attention to detail- Ability to lift and handle a range of parts and consumables- Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative within the scope of the role
