**The Position**:
The Bid Writer is responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality documents such as tenders, proposals, expressions of interest through to complete document presentation.
- Active engagement and communication with all relevant stakeholders involved in the bid development process to ensure adherence to all agreed processes
- Development of content, win themes, bid presentation and the development of comprehensive and tailored written responses.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of bid submissions
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with support functions to ensure bids are compliant with all relevant organisational procedures and requirements
- Planning and prioritising bid submissions
- Assist in adherence to the BD process from pre-planning to kick-off to review through to final submission
- Participation in the preparation of the handover plan on successful award of the contract

**Minimum Criteria**:

- Demonstrated relevant experience
- Solid writing / editing skills
- Proven experience of great content creation and storytelling
- Experience in FM sector or similar is advantageous however not essential
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence others
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task under tight deadlines
- Proficient experience in MSOffice Word, PowerPoint,
- Experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-discipline team
