**We would love you to have**:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

Queensland Childcare Services has been around for over 30 years and aims to be at the forefront of the Early Childhood Education sector. Our 24 centres offer a range of services to our families such as beach, bush and farm kindy, swimming and Healthy Bodies Programs. **The Prince Charles Hospital Early Education Centre** is located on the grounds of the Prince Charles Hospital, off Hamilton Rd, Chermside. We offer amazing programs to our children and families and to the community with inter-generational activities and wellness programs as well as beach kindy, music programs and PMP.
