**About the Role**

As a Virtual CFO Manager, you will be responsible for managing a $500k portfolio and leading a dynamic team of 2 accountants (1 junior and 1 senior).

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- Oversee a $500k portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Lead and inspire a team of 2 accountants, fostering their growth and development.
- Review work, managing team deadlines, and monitor performance.
- Review monthly reporting, including management accounts, dashboards, unit costing, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Manage compliance work, including reviewing financial statements, activity statements, acquittal calculations, and some annual tax returns.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, embodying a CFO mindset to understand and contribute to their operational success.
- Actively participate in addressing challenges, providing valuable insights, ideas, and opinions to contribute to problem-solving and decision-making.

- Proven experience in outsourced CFO services and financial consolidations
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial compliance requirements.
