Installer/fencer

**About the business and the role**

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated, strong, worker who is willing to learn. Join our small team in installing our wide range of products throughout Victoria.

This is a unique opportunity to join a small, though well-established company in the construction industry. Our client base includes shopping centers, retailers, commercial builders, car parks and government departments, through to factories and warehouses. Our extensive product range includes bollards, speed humps, wheel stops, bicycle racks, fencing, storage cages and much more.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Induction at Building sites
- Core Drilling or Dyna bolting our products
- Communicating and managing jobs
- Conducting Site Measures and set out

**Skills and experience**
- Self-driven and motivated, have good attention to detail, be good with basic calculations and be a self-starter, able to work unsupervised
- Be well presented and well spoken
- Have great communication and customer service skills
- Take pride in the quality and consistency of your work
- Understand the importance of working within a team and the vital role the installer plays in the customer enjoying the total purchasing experience.
- Be willing and able to learn new skills as necessary
- Experience in the construction industry (Preferred but not essential)
- Experience with Core Drilling (Preferred but not essential)
- Experience with Fencing (Preferred but not essential)
- Physically Strong (Must be able to lift heavy equipment and products)
- White Card (Or obtain one prior to commencement)
- Full Drivers License a must
- Ability to read Builders Plans
- Experience with power tools

**Remuneration**

Full Time Permanent Position
- $35p/h + Super + Company Ute with all expenses paid and Tools.
- 12 RDO's per year
- Day off for your Birthday

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- construction: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (required)
- Australian Drivers Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
