**About the role**

Are you ready to play a vital role in supporting patient care within a dynamic and fast-paced environment? As the Imaging Admin Attendant, you will be the backbone of the Medical Imaging Department, ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of its daily operations. Reporting directly to the Manager of Medical Imaging Services, you will provide high-quality clerical and administrative support to facilitate seamless patient flow through the department.

- **Strong Skills and Abilities**: You excel at maintaining confidentiality, providing exceptional customer service, and working independently or within a team. Your effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are matched by your proficiency in data entry, keyboard tasks, and time management.
- **Experienced and Adaptable**: You have solid experience in reception and administrative roles, with prior use of Radiology Management Systems such as ESMI/RIS being highly regarded.
- **Knowledgeable and Resourceful**: Your understanding of radiology department objectives, administrative procedures, and relevant legislation (e.g., Radiation Protection Act, Privacy Act) ensures you can navigate complex systems with confidence.
