If you are a trade qualified electrician, have a passion for customer service and thrive when working as part of a team then we have a role for you as a **Treatment Technician** based at our Brisbane branch.

You will be responsible for conducting scheduled and emergency service work, striping, overhauling, repairing, testing and inspecting various Xylem systems and products, predominantly working on Xylem’s range of Treatment, Monitoring, Control and Instrumentation products.

**This role will see you travel to customer sites to**:

- Complete routine and emergency service/repair work on various Xylem products (both electrical and mechanical)
- Clean, strip and overhaul customer Wedeco U.V & Ozone systems and associated equipment and products and provide quotations to customers for cost of repairs
- Strip, assess and rebuild Flygt pumps and mixers in the workshop or on the customers site when necessary.
- Perform chemical cleaning and service on Xylem’s Diffused Aeration systems.
- Test and inspect various Xylem MC&I products.

**You will also**:

- Inspect and test products prior to dispatch
- Maintain documentation and reports consistent with company policies, QA procedures and Safety requirements
- Provide timely and accurate advice and support to staff and customers on service, workshop and product related issues both orally and in writing.

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced industrial electrical fitter and be trade qualified with a keen interest in Water Treatment and further developing your skills. You will have experience working in an electrical fitting environment and may have control systems experience. Your keen eye for detail, great attitude, solid time management and exceptional communication skills (both written and spoken) will see you succeed.
