**Qualifications & experience**
- Demonstrated experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Australian driver's licence
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Reliable smart phone with data

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Make a difference through providing compassionate care, building trust and taking the lead to support individuals to live in residential home.
- Enhance the lives of our participants by supporting them to live safely and with dignity at home.
- Provide services such as personal care, use of manual handling equipment, welcome companionship, light household duties, medication reminders, and transport for appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- There are various recreational activities in the community which you will be a part of.
- This role is fast-faced and requires someone that can work with multiple clients and has a high level of initiative.
