**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**LOCATION: KILCOY**

We are looking for a Planner and Scheduler to join the Engineering team at our Kilcoy facility. The key responsibilities of the Planner and Scheduler involves, but is not limited to:

- Plan and schedule all maintenance related work through _Mex_ thereby optimising the tradespersons’ outputs and efficiency to maximise equipment reliability across site.
- Continually review and improve PMs in line with trades feedback and aligned with FMEAs done.
- Develop schedules to balance work and site priorities and ensure that they meet the production priorities and constraints, thereby ensuring jobs are executed correctly the first time.
- Manage and report on all MEX functionalities deemed to be value adding to the RCM leader, maintenance and electrical managers, including schedule achievement, request and backlog reports.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent communications skills - the planner is the face of maintenance to other departments and needs to be able to collaborate well with others.
- Proven track record in planning and coordinating maintenance related work and ability to transfer knowledge and experience gained.
- Computer skills - Confident and competent with MEX (or similar platforms) & Microsoft office, potential to learn how to generate reports etc.
- Trade skills - Able to estimate what steps are required, approximate time, parts and number of trades required etc.
- Work Ethic - be driven, will question current methods and wants to improve the way things are done.
- Unlimited working rights within Australia

- Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever.
