**Description**:
**The Role**:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a full time Catering Supervisor with leadership experience at our education site in Rose Bay

**Roster**: Monday to Friday 6.30am - 2.30 pm

**What This Role Involves**:
Management of canteen along cooking/food preparation experience
Adherence to National Healthy Canteens Guidelines
Coordinating day to day functions from 15 pax to larger functions
Monitoring and promoting kitchen hygiene & food safety practices
Assisting with deliveries and organising of stock, Ordering and stock replenishment
Cleaning of kitchen areas and dish-washing

**Skills and Experiences**:
**What We Require From You**:
Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery is highly desirable
Food Safety Certification (highly desirable)
Previous experience managing a school canteen or similar environment
Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with students, parents and teachers
