Our client is an established owner operated Investment/Fund Manager, Project Management and Property Advisory business who works closely with an impressive list of highly respected operators mostly across the Retail and Industrial sectors. They have the trust of repeat investors and clients that gives them a secure pipeline of projects across various discipline nationally.
Due to ongoing growth and an increasing workload, they require a highly driven and impressive Assistant Development Manager to join their team. You will work closely with the Director of the businesses on a range of projects.
To be considered you must have the following experience and attributes:
- You will have a tertiary qualification in property or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience working in the Property Industry.
- Solid foundation of property development knowledge that includes finance, contractor engagement and management and stakeholder communication.
- You will have had exposure to the feasibility process and the financial management/reporting as well the hands-on delivery phase.
- You will have had exposure to the various stages of the development process which must include built form.
- Capable of communicating with investors and their representatives.
- You will be a good communicator both written and verbal.
- You will be comfortable working at a fast pace and have a good work ethic.
