A well respected boutique law firm in the Burwood (inner West Sydney) seeks a professional Conveyancer to work in a busy practice. This boutique firm has a close-knit, collegiate environment and is located in a beautiful and convenient location.

**About the role**

We are looking for a dedicated Mandarin speaker to work as a Conveyancer. You will be responsible for handling matters autonomously.

You will also be required to work on Debt Recovery matters within the practice to assist other practitioners.

We are located right next door to the court house and are known for high quality work with a dynamic team culture. This highly regarded team advises on a wide range matters. You will be working closely with a Partner who has an excellent reputation for mentoring the lawyers in his team.

This position is for a person who can speak fluent Mandarin and is able to work autonomously and able to deliver results.

- Background in Conveyancing Matters
- At least 2+ years PQE

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Salary**: $52,952.58 - $94,943.58 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- BURWOOD, NSW 2134: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Conveyancing: 2 years (preferred)
