Accounts Receivable

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Accounts Receivable team member to join our friendly & supportive accounts team based at our new head office in Dandenong South, Victoria.

You will be responsible for high volume invoicing and assisting with debtors and receivables and you must be enthusiastic; possess a flexible "can-do" attitude and have high attention to detail. The role is all-encompassing and will require a hands-on approach to the day-to-day duties and responsibilities in order to deliver outcomes. **MYOB experience is highly desirable.**

**To be considered for this role, duties will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Processing high volume and comprehensive invoices.
- Understanding the breakdown of what customer invoices must include.
- Liaising with internal and external parties, ensuring invoices are completed and sent to clients in a timely fashion
- Assisting Finance Manager with preparing information for cash flow forecasting
- Assisting with preparation of waste reconciliation reports
- Clear the client queries inbox.
- Debtors collection (weekly), sending statements out (monthly), manual updating/archiving (every 6 months).
- Entering suppliers' invoices.
- Assist with ADHOC/administrative tasks as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in processing large numbers of invoices.
- Excellent Computer skills with Experience in MYOB, Microsoft word, and excel
- Reliable work ethic, attention to detail and works with a high degree of excellent oral/written communication and numeracy skills.
- Ability to manage your own workload and work independently.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality.
