Cafe Manager

XS Espresso, Australian Cafe of the year and is seeking an experienced Café Manager who can commence work immediately. Annual salary $65K- 70K plus superannuation.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Organize and coordinate daily operations
- Supervise staff and monitor that safe and correct practices are always carried out
- Assist with product selection and pricing Interview, train, supervise and evaluate staff
- Ensure stock levels are maintained, rotated and ordered as necessary
- Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
- Review and prepare reports for management
- Maintain a high level of OH&S standards at all times

**Skills and experience**
- Relevant degree/Diploma preferred
- At least 3 years of experience managing similar restaurants/cafes
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- Proven ability to handle customer complaints
- Be responsible, passionate and committed
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.
