With fourteen distribution centres located throughout Australia and New Zealand, FlameStop continues to provide an expansive range of quality products, fast turnaround on delivery of orders contributing to optimal customer satisfaction experience. We continually test and improve our products so they are the best in the industry.

Due to sustained growth, we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to assist us with our Lane Cove branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in a wholesale business encompassing internal sales and warehousing.

For this position it would be highly desirable that you have a current Forklift Licence.

The role is a permanent fulltime position.

**Duties Include**:

- Leading the team
- Providing excellent customer service
- Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
- Booking in freight via online portals and over the phone
- Forklift operation
- Stock Organisation
- Inbound sales calls
- General administration tasks
- Face to face service for walk in trade customers
- General sales assistant duties
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the office/warehouse
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Some previous sales and administration experience would give you a strong advantage over other applicants
- High attention to detail
