**Work In Travel Schoolies Reimagined & Open Enrollment Program Coordinator**

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Schoolies Reimagined and Open Enrollment (Duke of Edinburgh and Summer Sessions) Program Coordinator to support the sales and marketing team in promoting the brand, and signing students up for the adventure of a lifetime

You will be responsible for creating and delivering face-to-face presentations and attending Careers Expos with a wide range of schools. Presenting primarily to Year 11 and 12 students and teachers, you will engage and inspire young people to choose a Schoolies Reimagined adventure to celebrate their graduation You will also support the sales of our Open Enrollment Programs - Duke of Edinburgh and
Summer Sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage schools and school stakeholders (teachers) to organise visits and presentations.
- Build relationships with key teachers in schools across the state responsible for seniors students.
- Engage and present to high school students at school talks and careers expos, with the goal to sign them up to Schoolies Reimagined programs.
- Manage and develop a database of Careers Advisors/Year 12 Coordinators Australia wide.
- Coordinate the logistics needed for school presentations and careers expos with schools, other student reps and Infuse staff - including promotional materials.
- Support Marketing team with Schoolies Reimagined related social media content.
- Regular travel to school events.
- Data input where required.
- Fortnightly reporting on sales and promotional activities
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills. Confident getting up in front of a crowd and selling the dream
- Go-getting attitude, self motivated to do well and look for solutions to problems.
- Punctual and presentable at all times.
- Enthusiastic and positive mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and confident learning and working with a range of digital platforms.
- Competence in Microsoft office
- A passion for travel and experiential learning.
- Tertiary qualification preferred.
- Developing world travel experience.
- Social media experience / passion is an added bonus.

**Further details**
- Join a passionate team of travel professionals at Infuse
- Location - Sydney. This is a remote role, however Sydney based is preferred due to proximity to school events.
- Opportunity to travel both domestically and overseas on an Infuse trip
