**About our Opportunity**

The key focus of this role will be advising internal stakeholders of available printer and barcode scanner hardware and software options, supporting them through the acquisition process and then managing the configuration and deployment. You will also troubleshoot and provide incident resolution and service request management for software, hardware and systems related to printer, scanner, and barcode scanner technologies. You will drive the implementation of these technologies and maintain documentation to improve overall utilisation.

**About You**

We’re looking to leverage your highly developed interpersonal and technical skills. Our organisation is diverse, so you’ll need to be a strong communicator and great at building relationships to interact effectively with non-technical and technical team members and vendors.

You'll need to be someone who thrives on challenges, has a passion for IT with exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. You’ll also need to harness your excellent organisational and time management skills to manage conflicting priorities. Ideally, you’ll have 3+ years’ experience within an IT environment, and you'll have a formal IT qualification and ITIL certification. Experience of managing a complex printing and scanning environment, coupled with document generation software knowledge (eg Paris Deliver) would also be highly regarded.
