MADEC is proud to have the best industry experts delivering our training and we seek an experienced Early Childhood and Education Trainer and Assessor to join our Murray Bridge team on a permanent -full time basis

**About the role**:
You will be responsible for the delivery and assessment of Certificate III and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care in a variety of contexts including classroom, external and workplace delivery.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you will hold a Diploma or a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care with a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience and TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

You will be a passionate, supportive Trainer with a focus on continual improvement whilst aiming to exceed student expectations at all times.

You will possess excellent communication and time management skills and have a strong focus on customer service and conduct yourself with a high level of professionalism.

You will be engaging and dynamic in your approach to training delivery whilst maintaining accurate records for compliance.

You will have the opportunity to assist the Instruction Design Team to develop materials and practical activities.

You will demonstrate a strong focus on engagement with students and employers and enjoy liaising with stakeholders to ensure we are meeting industry needs and promoting our services.

A National Police Check and Working with Children Check are a requirement of this role.
