**Job Overview**:
Join AusPrint Clothing, a leading clothing printing and embroidery business, as a Production Coordinator. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to oversee and optimize our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of customized uniforms & apparel.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end production operations, from order receipt to final product delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of orders.
- Implement and optimize production schedules to meet customer deadlines and company targets.
- Oversee inventory management, including raw materials and finished goods, to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Recruit, supervise and motivate production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold AusPrint Clothing's standards of excellence.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technology, and best practices to continually improve operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a production management role within the apparel, printing, or embroidery industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve production goals.
- Familiarity with production planning software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of clothing printing and embroidery processes.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make timely decisions.
