Bar Attendant

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and dedicated Bar Attendant to join our team at Rashays Narellan. As a Bar Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. You will assist with preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing friendly, professional service to all guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving non-alcoholic beverages (e.g., soft drinks, mocktails, coffee, tea, juices, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
- Stock the bar with beverage supplies, garnishes, and other necessary items.
- Monitor guest needs and provide timely service.
- Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
- Assist with restocking and maintaining bar inventory.
- Support the team by maintaining a positive work environment and helping with any other work-related duties as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service position is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of basic beverage preparation and bar operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mentality.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to move quickly and work efficiently in a busy environment.

**Requirements**:
Must be able to work flexible hours, including **Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights**, as well as during **Christmas and New Year's periods**.
