**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles (a plus).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to fast-paced changes.
- Interest in AI tools and human-machine interfaces—an understanding of how emerging technologies can influence user experiences and design processes.
