Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality, tailored precast concrete and steel fabrication. The purpose of this role is to assist with the construction, repair and modification of precast concrete structures and reinforced steel.

**What we are looking for**:

- Basic Hand and power tool experience
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Exceptional commitment to safety
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Not scared of messy work - Mudding and concreting
- Proven 1 year minimum experience working as a precast labourer
- Experience working in precast concrete production is highly desirable
- Must be hands-on and complete tasks that are necessary to meet deadlines
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- Hold a valid Forklift Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
