**OUR TEAM**

MinterEllison's Sydney Projects, Infrastructure and Construction (PIC) team is consistently ranked as Band 1 by APL500 and Chambers. The team is led by partners Elizabeth McKechnie, Meredith Riley, Richard Crawford, Carrie Metcalfe, Simon Harvey, Claire Tait and Andrew Hales.

Our client base is diverse comprising Tier 1 Contractors, Developers, Original Equipment Manufacturers and Government. The team's Partners are recognised as leaders in the construction and infrastructure industry for their commerciality, depth of knowledge and technical excellence. Our team has worked on, and continues to work on, all of the major deals which define and continue to change the built landscape of Australia. We offer our clients an end-to-end solution which allows us to see the project from conception until completion. MinterEllison's PIC team has been the lead advisor on numerous nationally significant construction and infrastructure projects and disputes. We are focussed on providing end-to-end legal support on infrastructure projects - from project structuring, advice on procurement options, financing, tender strategy, contract documentation and negotiation through to contract administration and dispute resolution.

**YOUR ROLE**

A great opportunity currently exists for an experienced major projects, infrastructure and construction lawyer at Associate level to join us. This role is front end with a focus on energy work and major infrastructure work (including PPPs).

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate solid front end / transactional construction and procurement experience. This work involves early stage advisory work in structuring major projects as well as drafting and negotiating the documents for major development and infrastructure projects and general construction matters.

As a member of our collegiate team you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to renewable energy projects, major projects and infrastructure and large scale property development projects.
