**About the opportunity**:
Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair in achieving visually dynamic and contemporary Op Shops. We encourage and build a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development. Our Op Shops allow you to tap into your natural way of being creative, enthusiastic, and having fun.

Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

You will join a **highly capable** and **competent team** that is **friendly**, **helpful, respectful** and enjoys a good laugh from time to time.

We have **3 X Full-time permanent positions across our Melton, Wendouree and Brunswick Op shop locations.**

In addition to base salary plus superannuation, you’ll also receive **17.5% leave loading, 25% discount** at all Uniting Op Shops and access to the full **$15,900 salary packaging benefits**. There is also an option for **additional purchased leave** to increase your annual leave entitlements.

**Paid Parental Leave** for upto 10 Weeks.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, with demonstrated experience in managing retail stores. Knowledge of brands and fashion trends and ability to develop, mentor and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
