Our client, WebVine, is acknowledged as an expert in building, implementing, and then supporting clients with their Modern Workplace requirements.
**Thanks to WebVine's growing recognition and demand for their services, we've been retained to find their next SharePoint Consultant, focused on securing new clients.**
**Is that you?**
Chances are you'll have 5+ years experience in selling, ideally, SharePoint solutions - although any experience in selling productivity solutions, or Microsoft technology solutions to 100-3000 seat organisations in A/NZ will be well regarded. More importantly, people will likely describe you as:
- Smart and commercially savvy;
- Achievement-oriented, sure, but client-solution-focused first;
- Good at nurturing opportunities to closure, over a 3 to 6-month buying journey;
- Outcome driven and resilient;
- Self-confident but not overbearing;
- Someone who enjoys meeting with C-suite, Marcomms, HR and technology decision-makers;
- A creative and adaptable thinker;
- Comfortable taking charge in all sales situations;
- Pro-active and keen to take the initiative;
- Good at reading both people - and the facts; and
- Methodologically able to approach the sales process in a well-organised way.
**The role**
In simple terms, WebVine develop Microsoft technology solutions for organisations largely within Australia and NZ, between 100 - 3,000 seats. That's what you'll be selling. You'll place a particular emphasis on their Injio Digital Workplace - a fully customisable ready-to-go SharePoint intranet that can be delivered fast.
So, that'll see you responding to leads, generating your own using all the usual platforms like Sales Nav and Lusha etc. Doing discovery calls. Uncovering the purchasing decision-making process. Developing bespoke proposals and landing new clients.

You'll work with their amazing Co-founder, Chloe Dervin, and Sales & Marketing Manager, Claire Walker - two exceptional trailblazers in the IT space. You'll be given a ton of mentoring and be set up for success. Lead flow is strong. **The remuneration package will see you on a genuinely achievable OTE of $160K** (ask us about the reality of that when we speak).
