**Role Description/Criteria**

The Digital Technologies teacher would be responsible for the implementation of our Digital Technology and STEM based sessions across all classes. This position is for a Friday only as teachers use this time to plan together. There are four one classes plus an hour of planning time.

It is expected that the successful applicant will be:

- committed to providing a Catholic education for all students
- highly motivated, organised, committed, positive, friendly and enthusiastic
- exemplary with their classroom management skills
- abreast of the responsible and ethical use of technology, including online safety, privacy, and cyberbullying prevention.
- innovative about learning and teaching
- committed to building positive relationships with children and creating learning environments where all are valued and challenged
- committed to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of all students
- committed to ongoing learning and professional development
- prepared to be involved in extracurricular school activities
- accredited to teach in a Catholic school (or be working towards such accreditation)
- hold Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.
