**About the role**

We have an opportunity for an **Armourer **to be part of our Armoury, Counter Terrorism & Special Tactics Command team. The position is responsible, under direction, for the provision, maintenance and evaluation of all Police weapons and associated equipment. The position also provides key support and reports to the Armoury Workshop Supervisor.
- Requires significant experience repairing and maintaining firearms.
- Hold a WorkCover Unsupervised Handling License or willingness to obtain such qualification under the Explosives Act.
- Hold a current Forklift License or willingness to obtain such qualification.
