**About the Company**

We are looking for a BIM Manager to work for a large organisation in Melbourne’s North-West. As the Digital Asset Information Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's digital transformation and the development of a digital twin for our infrastructure.

**About the Role**

As BIM Manager your role will be to lead a high-performing team of digital specialists and oversee the implementation of strategies and solutions for effective digital asset information management & your key responsibilities will be to:

- Lead and manage a team of digital specialists to deliver the organization's digital information roadmap and integrate data from construction activities and operations.
- Research and develop innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement in digital asset information management and utilization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Asset Management, Engineering, Development, and Commercial functions to ensure effective data integration and support the companies digital transformation goals.
- Manage project compliance with digital engineering standards and support the operational utilization of digital platforms.
- Support the development of the Capital Plan for digital systems infrastructure within the BIM and reality data portfolio.
- Provide technical leadership for key transformational projects and develop and maintain digital engineering technical standards.
