**Group Fitness Instructor/ Tennis Coach**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. As a group instructor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coaching and guidance to players of various ages and skill levels. Your primary focus will be to develop players' technical skills, tactical understanding and physical fitness. As part of our dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to work with passionate individuals who share a common love for physical activity.

**Location**: Shellharbour (Oak Flats)/ Kiama/ Gerringong plus occasional travel around Illawarra/ Shoalhaven

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver Kids and Adult group classes, including holiday programs and Kids Hot Shots program
- Instil a positive and supportive team culture, fostering sportsmanship and fair play
- Maintain class lists of attendance
- Promote the business and our services to potential clients
- Potential to help with social media and marketing

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tennis coach, fitness/ sports instructor or childcare educator
- Passion for sport and fitness and a genuine desire to help players reach their full potential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with players, parents, and other coaches
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check (or able to obtain one)
