**The role**

Civica are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Trainer to join the team, to ensure adoption and best practice use of Salesforce through the delivery of training, education, and coaching. This role will be responsible for the successful adoption and future process improvement of the Salesforce system.

You will be working directly with Salesforce users across UK, North America, and APAC to train them on how to make the most of the platform. This role requires the management of running specialised training session and programs. You will be developing and maintaining training materials, including user guides, training videos, workshops, and FAQs to support new user onboarding and added functionality in line with the product roadmap.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have 3 years of Salesforce experience in product knowledge and 'hands-on' Salesforce Administration experience. You are an excellent communicator and have a passion with helping others and improving their skills.
