**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks of the company
- Use Simpro software to manage and update client information
- Maintain and organize company files and records
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Simpro software is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $27.50 per hour

**Benefits**:
