- Due to sustained growth; our Client, a successful National Insurance Brokerage are seeking an experienced Account Executive/Broker to manage an established Commercial SME portfolio with teh help of an assistant; this is an autonomous role where you will be given all the support needed to be successful in your role

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Management of key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience Working closely with colleagues and senior management to develop client servicing solutions
- Identify revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio
- Keep clients informed of emerging trends, market updates and new products
- Maintain effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers
- Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards
- Implement successful account retention strategies.

**About you**:

- Solid experience working within insurance brokerage is essential**:

- RG146 Tier 1** qualified
- Excellent time management skills
- Pro-active approach
