Casual Disability Support Practitioner

We are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Accommodation team, on a Casual basis.
This service operates 24x7. You will need to be available for 4-5 days (25-30 hours minimum) for coverage over a variety of morning, afternoon and overnight ‘waking shifts’.
About the role
Your role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals.
- Delivering personalised support in a group home setting
- Assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling
- Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
- Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
- Supporting clients with transport e.g. using CPA minivan

**Requirements**:
- Available for a minimum of 4 days a week, ideally 25-30 hours
- Able to work the 6am-9am shift
- Ability to work across Casula, Warrick Farm and Guildford
- A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)
