What's involved:
- Performing deep dive post analysis on the performance of direct marketing channel campaigns-
- Drawing insights from past performance and customer behaviour to make recommendations for evolving personalisation-
- Presenting findings and recommendations from campaign performance to various internal stakeholders.-
- Analysing historical customer behaviour to provide insights into how we evolve our personalisation roadmapWho we’re looking for:
You are an analytical, outcome driven problem solver who is flexible & adaptable in their approach.
- You are a master of telling compelling stories with data and an active learner who loves building your knowledge.

You will take a customer centric approach when developing and analysing audiences that have the customer and their needs in mind.
- You’ll need:
- Tertiary Qualification in Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline, ideally Postgraduate-
- Knowledge of key data manipulation and analysis techniques-
- Demonstrated ability to understand business priorities-
- Previous experience using SQL-
- Experience with key technologies including Terradata, Snowflake and PowerBI will be highly regarded-
