An exciting opportunity to join our colourful Tribe has arisen for an experienced boutique manager to assist in the management of our Burnside Boutique.
Here at Camilla we strive for perfection and deliver angelic levels of service to the CAMILLA Customer tribe. You will always look to shine beyond the status quo and be the front facing storyteller of the Camilla journey.
Our angels aim to create a captivating experience for our customers by proudly putting forward their boutique and enthralling our customers with the Camilla Collection.
The essence of this role is to mentor and nurture our angels to ensure we have an established a highly developed group of boutique angels. As CAMILLA Angels, we not only represent the very first experience for our new customers, but also foster the on-going relationships that keep our business moving forward.
**Be the perfect addition to our Tribe**
- A minimum of 2 years retail management experience
- Ability to confidently lead, motivate and your surrounding team of Boutique Stylist's
- You will have a genuine love and understanding of fashion and be passionate for our brand
- You will be an excellent communicator and storyteller
- You will have amazing relationship building skills
