**What You Will Be Doing**

As a Mental Health Clinician / Case Manager in the Youth Community Mental Health Team, you will work as part of a multi disciplinary team providing specialised assessment and interventions to young people (16-25 years).
Our team provide a flexible, youth friendly approach that involves assertive community treatment (outreach) and evidence informed interventions.
This role is a permanent position with opportunities at 64 hours per fortnight.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Registered Nurse, Social Worker, OT or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration
- Experience working in youth mental health or a community mental health setting (CAMHS or Adult Services)
- Experience using outcome measures to inform practice
- Current Victorian Driver’s License

- Please refer to salary circular for VICTORIAN PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2024, MEDICAL SCIENTISTS, PHARMACISTS AND PSYCHOLOGISTS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021 - 2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.

This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the Peninsula Health immunisation policy.
