**Overview**:
Master Appliance has a dedicated and experienced workforce and a management team committed to maintaining our place as a leader in appliance repair services.
As a result of our ongoing operations and organisational needs, we are currently looking for an experienced Appliance Technician (Electronic Equipment Trades Worker) for an immediate start. This is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Hornsby, NSW.
**Main tasks**:
- Diagnosing faults in home appliances and white goods
- Adjusting, repairing and replacing worn and defective parts in home appliances and white goods
- Maintaining home appliances and white goods
- Reassembling, test operating and adjusting home appliances and white goods
- Installing electronic and mechanical parts for home appliances and white goods
- Advising users of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunction
**Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience**:
- Relevant Certificate IV plus minimum 2 years’ work experience; OR 3 years’ work experience in case of no formal qualification.
**Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge**:
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude towards work-related matters.
- Sound organisational skills
- Technical and on-the-job competencies and skills.

Annual salary will be between $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
