As our **Talent Acquisition Partner, **you will work closely with Hiring Managers to manage high-volume recruitment activities across all segments of our Mars Australia business. Our centralised Talent Acquisition team in Australia is responsible for the strategic, operational planning and execution of all recruitment activity nationally across all Mars.

Based onsite, you will partner closely with key client groups and recruit across various segments, however you will be primarily focused on our Supply portfolio. You will play a critical role in building line manager capability to identify and engage with top talent.

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Outstanding communication skills

- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset to implement innovative strategic sourcing strategies
- Sound judgement and ability to work to targets
- Enthusiastic about inclusion and diversity
- You will be based out of our Asquith factory, however with Multiple sites across NSW you must be willing to travel; you will need a valid Australian Drivers License
- Tertiary Qualification (preferred)
- FMCG industry experience (preferred)
- Please note: all potential Mars Associates must successfully complete a Medical Check

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Manage full-cycle end to end recruitment process ensuring a consistent approach
- Become a trusted talent advisor to your stakeholder group
- Drive best practice sourcing strategies in partnership with hiring managers
- Proactively talent map, source and talent pool to develop a talent pipeline - recruiting talent locally and globally via networking, utilization of social media, LinkedIn, referrals etc.
- You will be empowered to research and recommend alternate/new sources strategies to attract talent
- Lead and coach in all aspects of behavioural interviews ensuring alignment with Mars Recruiting with Excellence principles and our Mars Leadership Competencies
- Partner with HR Business Partners on all areas of recruitment
