National Geographic Wear are looking for a new energetic Store Manager to join our new Canberra store opening soon

**_ Your Role:_**

As the Store Manager, you play a pivotal role at National Geographic Wear. You will be responsible for leading and driving an engaging, customer driven culture within the store, be in-charge of all store operation to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You are a natural leader with exceptional people management skills.

**_ Your Purpose:_**
- Be able to create store rosters according to daily traffic, peak periods and optimize the team resources.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to build a high-performing team environment.
- Implementing plans to achieve high results in sales and customer service expectations set by the Support Office team.
- Work closely with your team to fulfill online orders and execute in-store activations.
- Responsible for inventory management including stocktakes & cycle counts.
- Responsible for implementing in-store visual merchandising standards.
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative team environment that promotes a safe & fun atmosphere.
- Responsible for in-store recruitment, training, and team development for future career possibilities.

**_ To be successful for this role:_**
- At least 2-3 years of management experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to build a high-performing & results driven team in sales and customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Be self-motivated, driven, results orientated and can demonstrate success in achieving KPI’s within a retail atmosphere
- Demonstrate an ability to develop, inspire and coach a small team of retail professionals.
