**About the role**:
Our Australian government client's role is to provide services and products to support the functioning of the Australian Parliament, and the work of parliamentarians.
Their Information Management stream within the Enterprise Information and Data Management section (EIDM) requires the services of a Content Manager Admin Helpdesk Support person for a period of 6 months (non-ongoing) with possible extension options.
You will help assist with the triage, troubleshooting and resolution of enquiries raised within the incident management tool (ServiceNOW).
In this role, you will also be helping support a small team with managing a mailbox and receiving incoming helpdesk enquires.
**Duties**
- Manage incoming enquiries within Service Level standards in line with DPS policy and procedures. Run monthly reporting in ServiceNOW.
**Required experience/skills**
- Content Manager 9 (or above) system administration experience
- Customer support and Helpdesk experience would be advantageous
- Strong stakeholder engagement and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of Australian Information Management Policy and standards
