Bakery Administration

**We are expanding**

We are seeking a well-organized and reliable Administration Assistant to join our small team.

**This is a LONG-TERM Position. Not casual/short term**

We are a busy cupcake/cake shop looking for an enthusiastic individual with great customer service and communication skills.

This is a casual position, offering approximately 20 - 30 hours a week to start, then to go full time & job progression to management.

(No weekend work, No public Holiday work, Closed for Christmas & Easter)

7am starts

Mount Hawthorn Location

**This position includes, but is not limited to the following duties**:

- Extensive data entry - Processing and placement of orders in a timely manner.
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients;
- Taking cake/cupcake orders
- Money handling
- Creative flair to design custom cakes/cupcakes
- Opening & closing store if required
- Prepare delivery schedules
- Other general office duties including printing, filing, typing, archiving, etc.
- A friendly and bubbly personality
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Capacity to work independently and show initiative.
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.

Pay: $47,413.52 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
