**About the role**:
To lead the Logistics and Stores teams to achieve our Purpose Statement - Provide quality and timely service to all internal and external customers. Coordinate the safe and secure movement of material ensuring product integrity with 100% job reconciliation.
- Provide quality and timely service to all related departments within NPA.
- Ensure all NPA Customer requirements are met in a timely manner, especially deliverables and monthly/reconciliation reporting.
- Coordinate the safe and secure storage and movement of secure material.
- Maintain product integrity at all times.
- Operate cost effectively within Financial and Labour budget.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Hold weekly meetings, toolbox talks, communications and other meetings as needed to ensure your staff are well informed about the business

**About you**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in logistics management or a similar qualification.
- Experience in manufacturing or printing industry with a minimum of 3 years’ management
- Extensive experience with inventory control and warehousing
- A high level of organisational skills, analytical skills and numerical ability
- Sound knowledge of safe work procedures/risk management within a Logistics environment
- Experience in leading teams through cultural change with a demonstrated delivery of improvement in Performance KPI’s
- Ability to coach and mentor employees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
