Warranty Clerk

**A leading dealership** has the opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join their Service Department as Warranty Clerk / Service Advisor and become an integral part of the Service team moving forward.

This is a full time position where the main component of this role will be the warranty claiming process but will also include Service Advisor training to equip the successful applicant with the skills to support all roles within the office.

**The role will include**:

- Compiling and entering all Manufacturer’s warranty claims
- Managing pended and rejected claims
- Assisting with service bookings
- Answering overflow service calls
- Consulting with customers
- Assisting the Service Department with daily tasks

Full training will be provided on the job with ongoing support from the team. The salary package is negotiable and the work hours are semi-flexible with punctuality and reliability a key to your success.
