**The role**:
Based in Parramatta, the Administration Officer will maintain financial and client systems, provide high levels of customer service and problem solve, where necessary, to complete the administration tasks.

The position will report directly to the Operations Manager.

This is a part time permanent role working (30 hours/week) Monday to Friday.

No weekend or public holiday work required.

**A 'week in the life' of your new role**:

- Provide a range of day-to-day administrative support to the Packaged Care team.
- Provide a high level of customer service and support to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake day-to-day data entry into systems ensuring the recording of transactions meet organisational standards and carried out in a timely manner.
- Provide financial administrative support including reconciliation of invoices and ensuring processes are in accordance with organisational policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure effective communication flow between Packaged Care team and brokered Service Providers.
- Work collaboratively within the Packaged Care team to ensure business goals are achieved.
- Undertake reporting activities with other relevant documentation within the scope of your role.

**About you**:
Your background in a similar role ideally within aged care will see you settle in and perform well in this position.
- Experience in an administrative role
- Excellent numerical skills and ability to reconcile invoices to services
- Excellent computing skills including Microsoft Office
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise
- Proven ability to contribute to and work as part of a team in addition to operating independently
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to changing conditions
