**The Role**

Your local knowledge and desire to exceed expectations connects your local employers with your caseload of job seekers with disability. Thrive in a high paced environment and achieve KPI’s, whilst contributing to the community.

Influence and support job seekers to key milestones, set clear expectations and goals to achieve success. Confidently engage with employer contacts and provide solutions to break barriers and enable sustainability within each individual’s employment opportunity.

**Duties**
- Get job seekers into jobs
- Collaborate with the community to support job seekers
- Update systems and file case notes in line with processes and expected timeframes
- Generate leads and source vacancies
- Deliver on KPIs in a high paced environment
